The primary goal was to scale organic traffic by enhancing search visibility, improving technical SEO hygiene, and upgrading content across key collection pages. They aimed to increase discoverability and user engagement without relying on paid media.

Our Strategy

Traffic was flat. Rankings were stuck. And the real issue wasn’t obvious — until we dug deeper. Beneath the surface, the site was weighed down by bloated URLs, weak internal linking, and missed keyword intent. We kicked things off with a full technical and competitive audit, then built a focused strategy to clean up, optimize, and outrank. Cleaned Up Technical SEO Issues

We started with a comprehensive technical audit of their Shopify setup. The biggest issue? Hundreds of dynamically generated filter URLs that were diluting crawl budget and polluting the index with low-value pages. These URLs, created by outdated apps, were clogging up /collections/*/something/something paths with faceted variations that had no search intent or ranking value.
We systematically deindexed and redirected these pages, tightening the crawl path and consolidating authority. Simultaneously, we removed thin and duplicate content artifacts and addressed page rendering issues caused by lingering Shopify theme quirks. By cleaning up the mess behind the scenes, we laid the groundwork for scalable SEO performance.

Rewrote and Optimized Collection Pages

With technical fixes in place, we shifted our focus to the money pages — top-performing collections. Most of these lacked any meaningful on-page SEO: no H1s, no keyword alignment, no unique descriptions.
We rewrote all major collection pages with compelling, keyword-targeted content. Each page was tailored around search intent — not fluff. Meta titles and descriptions were rebuilt to boost CTR, while headers and intro copy were rewritten to satisfy both Google’s ranking systems and real human collectors.
To further enrich UX and boost internal PageRank flow, we implemented a tighter internal linking strategy — weaving related collections, top sellers, and blog content into each optimized page.

Upgraded Top Pages Using GSC Insights

Using data from Google Search Console, we identified high-impression but low-click collection pages. These were opportunities hiding in plain sight. Rather than chasing new content, we focused on upgrading existing winners.
For each target, we improved copy depth, added internal links from relevant blogs and products, and ensured proper indexing. This “optimize-before-expand” approach delivered faster gains with lower effort.
Within weeks, we saw movement. Within months, we saw domination.
